Jyothi Nookula is shaping the future of AI product leadership – from building foundational AI products at scale to training the next generation of product managers for the AI era. 

She is the founder of NextGen Product Manager, where she teaches product managers how to build, evaluate, and ship AI products—drawing directly from her experience launching products like SageMaker and leading AI teams at Netflix, Meta, and Etsy.

Previously, Jyothi served as Product Director at Netflix, leading Developer Platform and GenAI Productivity initiatives and building intelligent developer experiences at scale.

Prior to Netflix, Jyothi was Director of Product at Etsy, where she led the AI Platform team, and at Meta, where she led PyTorch content libraries—advancing one of the world’s most widely-used machine learning frameworks. She led the launch of TorchRL, one of the fastest growing PyTorch libraries and TorchMultimodal libraries. She led the Responsible AI team and played a key role in the launch of federated learning, differential privacy based PET products

As a Founding Product Manager at AWS AI, she launched category-defining products including Amazon SageMaker, AWS DeepLens, and AWS DeepRacer—helping establish Amazon as a leader in accessible machine learning tools for developers worldwide.

Jyothi’s career spans the foundational layers of modern AI infrastructure—from building the products that democratized machine learning at AWS to shaping how developers build and measure productivity at Netflix, Etsy, and Meta.
