Refund Policy

1. Policy Overview

At Next Gen Product Manager, we are committed to delivering the program exactly as outlined on our official website, enrollment pages, and written materials.

Due to the digital nature of our content, proprietary frameworks, live coaching sessions, downloadable resources, and intellectual property, all purchases are final.

By enrolling in the program, participants acknowledge that:

  • They have reviewed the curriculum and program details.

  • They have had the opportunity to ask questions before enrolling.

  • They understand and agree to this No-Refund Policy.

2. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal, professional, or financial circumstances

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Inability to attend live sessions

  • Failure to complete the program

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations

  • Lack of results due to non-implementation

Enrollment constitutes a binding commitment.

3. Delivery Commitment Clause

Next Gen Product Manager guarantees delivery of the core program components as explicitly described in writing on the official website.

If the company fails to deliver a component that was explicitly promised in writing, participants may submit a written request for review within 7 days of identifying the issue.

If a genuine delivery failure is verified, the company will:

  • Provide the missing component, OR

  • Issue a proportional refund strictly limited to the undelivered portion.

No other refund conditions apply.

4. Payment Plans

If a participant chooses a payment plan:

  • The participant is legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments.

  • Failure to complete payments does not cancel the financial commitment.

  • Access to the program may be suspended for missed payments.

  • Outstanding balances may be sent to collections if necessary.

By selecting a payment plan, the participant agrees to complete the full payment amount.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Participants agree to contact official support channels before initiating any chargeback or dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication constitutes a breach of agreement.

In such cases, Next Gen Product Manager reserves the right to:

  • Submit all enrollment records, agreements, and sales call documentation to the payment processor

  • Revoke program access immediately

  • Pursue recovery of outstanding balances and associated fees

6. Program Modifications

Next Gen Product Manager reserves the right to improve, update, modify, or restructure program delivery, format, or schedules at its discretion.

Such modifications do not constitute grounds for refunds, provided that the core value and deliverables remain substantially intact.

7. Agreement Acknowledgment

By completing enrollment, the participant confirms:

  • They understand this is a non-refundable program.

  • They are making a voluntary and informed purchase decision.

  • They accept full responsibility for implementation and results.
